     One of the highlights of  Orlando Mansion 5732 is its pool area that offers a private pool with a spillover spa, several sun loungers, and outside furniture for everyone to have a great time! Now, if being outside is not really your thing, head to the theater room with a large screen and comfortable seating for 8 to watch endless hours of your favorite TV shows, movies, or games.

     The kitchen of this house comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and with granite countertops ready for the designated chef of the family to cook elaborate meals or mid-day snacks. The dining area is beautifully decorated and offers a table with seating for 8 with views of the pool area. There is additional seating for 5 by the kitchen bar. The living room area comes with a large "L" shape white sofa and additional sitting in front of a large wall-mounted Tv.

      Orlando Mansion 5732 can accommodate up to 16 guests in its 8 bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with a king bed each. On the second floor, you will find a loft area with a large flat screen and pool table. There are also, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and the last bedroom with a bunk bed.

     A complimentary wireless Wifi connection is accessible throughout this property.

• Check-out time is 10:00 am


• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed


• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents


• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays


• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival


• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.


• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.


• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.   


• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.


• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
